Julian Moolman is a consummate lending professional with experience in both residential and commercial mortgage lending. Julian’s experience and training came from working for one of the biggest banks headquartered in Texas where he received the majority of his residential lending experience. Julian is formally credit trained and worked as a commercial lender for a locally headquartered community bank. The combination of experience has made Julian a highly knowledgeable lender, not only for home buyers but also for residential real estate investors.

Julian is focused on providing the best possible customer service experience through working knowledge and always putting the client first. Working with his clients throughout the process of buying their home can be complicated, but having an experienced lender like Julian guiding you through the process will lessen your burden as a buyer.

Julian was born and raised in South Africa, speaks two languages, namely his home language of Afrikaans as well as English.

When not assisting clients, you can find Julian spending time with his family or on the golf course.
